Terms & conditions for bidding

  • In order to participate in the auction, you need to register an account on this site.

 

  • For all auctions there is a starting bid, it will then be increments of £10.

 

  • Invoices will be issued will be in GBP, please use a currency converter to help you decided on your bid amount. Please be aware that currency conversions change from day to day

 

  • You must be 18+ to participate or have someone 18+ bid and pay on your behalf.

 

  • Payment will be via the site, unless a payment plan is agreed, the invoice should be paid in full within 48 hrs.

 

  • Failure to pay within 48 hours will lead to the item being re-listed or offered to the next bidder, this will be at our sole discretion.

 

  • Payment plans can be accepted but need to be discussed prior to bidding:
    • For payment plans, the first payment is due within 48 hours of winning. Instalment payments are non-refundable as a courtesy of providing this option. Full invoice has to be paid with a 30 day period of the date of invoice.  Once the total invoice has been paid, the plush will be shipped out.

 

  • There will be an anti-sniping rule in place. The last bid must stand unchallenged for 10 minutes or more without being outbid. This may run over the clock.

 

  • Shipping is paid by the winner in addition to the winning total. By placing a bid you acknowledge that you will be invoiced for that amount + shipping.

 

  • We are based in the UK and shipping costs range from £4 for domestic postage. International shipping has a starting price of £10. The quote for any postage will depend on weight, size and value. Postage will be calculated at checkout.

 

  • All packages are sent priority with tracking. Please be aware that customs charges may apply if you are outside the UK. These are the buyers responsibility

 

  • We reserve the right to delete or refuse bids for any reason

 

  • Returns are accepted if the item does not not meet description basis only.  Please read the description carefully, including picture.

 

  • On the basis of a return a full refund will be given for the item only once it’s been safely returned. Any return shipping costs and initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
